Questions pilots ask first

Is the question bank real DGCA material?

Questions are compiled from standard DGCA CPL/ATPL practice sources (I.C. Joshi Met, R.K. Bali Regs, WPC RTR core modules and past papers), answer-keyed and page-referenced, then verified chapter-by-chapter by the compiler scripts shipped with the app. Qwizio Air is an independent practice tool and is not affiliated with DGCA.

Does Qwizio Air work offline?

No — Qwizio-Air is online-first. Sign-in, licence checks, bank sync and AI debriefs run through our servers, and session caching keeps a flaky connection from dropping your run.

Which AI key do explanations use?

Your own free Gemini API key, set once in Settings. The app tests the connection, falls back through a model chain if one is down, and caches every explanation per question.

Is my progress saved if I reinstall?

History, chapter stats, markers and the mistakes pool persist in the app data folder and survive package renames.

Why a desktop app instead of a website?

Exam conditions. A frameless fullscreen cockpit with Cockpit Lock (always-on-top, blur-refocus) is not something a browser tab can offer.

Will it run on a low-end laptop?

It ships as a compact Electron build; questions are cached as local JSON after sync. If Chrome runs, this runs.
